Reservation Policy

Reservation Procedure

  • To place a Reservation please call: 573-226-5665
  • Make reservations early, especially for holiday weekends or special event dates.
  • You must have a credit card to make a reservation.
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time a reservation is made.
  • Deposits are refundable (minus a $10 processing fee) with a two week cancellation notice.
  • NO deposit will be refunded for reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks notice of scheduled stay.
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
  • Balance of stay is always due upon checkin.
  • You will be responsible for the total number of days and rooms/cabins you reserved.
  • There is a 2 Night Minimum Stay In Cabins.
  • Check-in is at 3:00PM and Check-out is at 10:00AM.
  • All Fees, Prices and Room Availibility are subject to change.

Pet Policy

  • A $60 non-refundable fee is required for each pet.
